What you'll do

As a Software Engineer II on the Growth Team at WHOOP, you will be responsible for developing and delivering features that enhance user acquisition and retention. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build, measure, and iterate on mobile experiences that drive engagement. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will also analyze user data to inform feature development and make data-driven decisions that align with business goals.

You will engage in regular experimentation to test new features and improvements, using A/B testing and other methodologies to assess their impact on user behavior. Your contributions will directly influence the growth of WHOOP's member base, as you work to unlock human performance through innovative technology.
