You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a growth-focused role where you've utilized data to drive strategic decisions. Your analytical skills are top-notch, and you are proficient in SQL and data visualization tools. You understand the importance of user engagement and retention, and you have a knack for identifying actionable insights that can fuel growth. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to enhance the member journey. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable
Experience in the health and fitness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude. You are data-driven and have a strong understanding of user behavior analytics, which helps you make informed recommendations. You thrive in environments where you can influence product strategy and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
What you'll do
As a Senior Business Analyst at WHOOP, you will partner closely with the Growth Product team to drive data-driven decisions aimed at acquiring, engaging, and retaining our member base. You will identify actionable insights and scale new opportunities, playing a vital role in shaping how WHOOP members experience and benefit from our platform. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators and reporting on the effectiveness of growth initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization based on your findings.
