WHOOP is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to enhance the Membership Services function. You'll leverage technical skills to improve member experience and operational efficiency. This role is based in Boston, MA.

What you'll do

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the Business Systems team, supporting the operations and scaling of our Membership Services function. You will utilize your technical skills to enhance the member experience and improve the efficiency of operations across a suite of best-in-class third-party tools, custom software, and AI capabilities. Your role will involve analyzing current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that streamline processes and enhance user satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the technology and processes align with the needs of the Membership Services team, making a significant impact on the overall member experience.
