WHOOP is hiring a Senior NetSuite Business Systems Analyst to optimize their core financial and operational systems. You'll work with NetSuite and collaborate across teams to design workflows and deliver system enhancements. This position requires expertise in NetSuite and strong technical skills.

You have a strong technical skillset and a deep understanding of user needs β your expertise in the NetSuite platform allows you to solve complex business problems effectively. You excel at prioritizing and implementing solutions that align with organizational goals, bridging the gap between Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams.
Your experience includes developing technical solutions through scripting and APIs β you are comfortable automating processes and enhancing system functionalities to support rapid growth. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to gather requirements and design workflows that meet the needs of various stakeholders.
You thrive in collaborative environments β your ability to work with cross-functional teams ensures that WHOOPβs NetSuite environment scales efficiently. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for optimizing business processes, making you a critical asset to the Business Systems team.
Desirable
Experience with integrations and enhancements in NetSuite is a plus β familiarity with financial and operational systems will help you navigate the complexities of this role. A background in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics can further enhance your contributions to the team.

As a Senior NetSuite Business Systems Analyst, you will partner with Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and design workflows that enhance WHOOPβs NetSuite environment.
