Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, leading teams of analysts and data scientists to drive data-informed decisions. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization allows you to translate complex data into actionable insights that influence marketing strategies. You are proficient in SQL and have a strong understanding of Google Analytics, enabling you to measure and optimize marketing performance effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Consumer Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Wholesale. Your ability to tell compelling stories with data helps stakeholders understand the impact of marketing initiatives and guides strategic decisions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about leveraging data to unlock human performance and healthspan.
Desirable
Experience with advanced analytics tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing automation platforms. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have a knack for identifying trends and insights that drive growth. A background in consumer behavior analysis or market research would further enhance your candidacy.
What you'll do
