What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager at WHOOP, you will lead a cross-functional Growth team focused on optimizing member acquisition and retention. You will oversee the development of features and initiatives that enhance user engagement and revenue generation. Your role will involve experimentation on join.whoop.com and building viral growth engines, such as referral programs, to expand WHOOP's reach in global markets.

You will collaborate with various teams to develop and execute growth strategies, ensuring alignment across departments. Your responsibilities will include managing and mentoring your team of engineers, providing guidance on technical challenges, and fostering a positive work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
