You have a strong background in research methodologies and a passion for physical product development — your experience includes leading research initiatives that inform product design and development. You excel at mentoring and supporting other researchers, ensuring that insights are actionable and aligned with product milestones. Your ability to communicate complex research findings to cross-functional teams is a key strength, enabling collaboration and innovation.
You are comfortable working at the intersection of hands-on research execution and program leadership — you thrive in environments where you can drive initiatives from conception to completion. Your leadership style fosters a culture of curiosity and rigor, encouraging your team to explore new ideas and approaches in their research.
What you'll do
As the Research Lead, you will own multiple research initiatives that support WHOOP's physical product development efforts. You will be responsible for designing and executing research studies that provide valuable insights into user needs and product performance. Collaborating closely with product development teams, you will ensure that research findings are integrated into the product design process, driving innovation and enhancing user experience.
You will mentor and guide other researchers, helping them develop their skills and ensuring that research methodologies are applied consistently across projects.
