Who you are
You have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on designing test strategies that ensure software quality. Your experience includes working closely with product management to understand requirements and collaborating with development teams to ensure thorough testing. You are skilled at analyzing test results and identifying issues, driving continuous improvements in testing processes. You thrive on solving challenging technical problems and have a keen eye for detail.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey testing strategies and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams ensures that products meet the highest quality standards. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing an overall test strategy that aligns with WHOOP's mission to unlock human performance. You will execute this strategy by working closely with product management to gather requirements and with the development team to ensure that products are thoroughly tested. Your responsibilities will include analyzing test results, identifying and reporting issues, and driving continuous improvements in testing processes. You will tackle challenging technical problems focused on proving that our software works end to end, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that testing is integrated into the development process, providing feedback and insights that contribute to product quality. Your role will also involve mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices in testing methodologies. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of quality within the organization, advocating for best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
