You are organized and proactive, able to manage end-to-end creator workflows without dropped threads. You have a deep familiarity with creator ecosystems and the nuances of negotiating and structuring partnerships. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that contracts, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and compliance are all handled with care. You are comfortable acting as the bridge between creators, legal, finance, social, and broader Communications teams. You excel in owning complex workflows end-to-end and are passionate about extending Wikipedia’s reach to new audiences.

What you'll do

As the Creator Relations Lead, you will own the full lifecycle of creator relations, including sourcing, vetting, negotiating, contracting, onboarding, and ensuring on-time and on-brand delivery. You will identify standout emerging creators and manage redlines to ensure on-time deliverables. Your role will help deliver a consistent, high-quality pipeline of content that supports Wikipedia’s growth and relevance. You will work independently and be accountable for the creator relations strategy for campaigns, ensuring that all aspects of the process are executed flawlessly.
