You are available to start immediately and are comfortable working on-site in Paris. You possess a strong understanding of office tools and the internet, which will aid you in verifying player accounts effectively. Your personal situation allows you to work calmly during weekends, specifically on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 AM to 8 PM. A clean criminal record is a requirement for this role, ensuring the integrity of our operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and validating identity documents and supporting documents submitted by new players, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also ensure that player accounts adhere to internal and legal procedures, identifying and reporting any anomalies or attempts at fraud. Additionally, you will participate in the continuous improvement of validation and control processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the customer support team.
