What you'll do
As a Chargé de Relation Clients, your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries and messages, providing information and assistance with account management and complaints. You will work across multiple channels to optimize the gaming experience for our players, ensuring they understand our poker and sports betting offerings. Your role is crucial in maintaining the brand's image, as customer satisfaction directly reflects the quality of service provided by Winamax. You will collaborate with your colleagues in the Customer Service team to ensure a seamless experience for our players.
