What you'll do

Your primary tasks will include tracking and optimizing affiliate performance, analyzing metrics such as volume and quality, and negotiating terms with partners to enhance collaboration. You will also contribute to the development of strategies for entering new markets, working closely with internal teams on tracking and measurement tools to ensure a cohesive approach to acquisition.

You will engage with various marketing teams, including Social Ads, Search, and Influence, to align strategies and ensure that all efforts are directed towards achieving optimal performance. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to the table that can enhance the affiliate program's effectiveness.
