You will help them navigate our poker and sports betting promotions, ensuring they understand how to maximize their gaming experience. What you'll do

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include addressing questions about account management, resolving data issues, and providing guidance on our gaming tools. You will also play a crucial role in our relational marketing strategy, applying its principles across various communication channels, including email and social media.

You will engage with customers during events and ensure that every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
