You have a strong background in legal compliance, particularly within the gaming industry, and are well-versed in Spanish legislation. Your experience includes working with regulatory authorities and ensuring that products and communications adhere to applicable laws. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively advise internal teams on legal matters related to marketing, product development, and data protection.

What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that WINAMAX's offerings comply with Spanish legislation. You will accompany internal teams in procedures with Spanish regulatory authorities necessary for the development of activities in Spain. Your role will involve managing interactions with competent authorities regarding gambling, data protection, anti-money laundering, and competition.
You will also ensure that products, marketing communications, and promotional mechanisms comply with applicable Spanish regulations. Advising internal teams, including marketing, product, security, and IT, on legal and regulatory aspects related to their activities in Spain will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with the Legal and Compliance team under the guidance of the Legal and Regulatory Director, contributing to the overall compliance strategy of the company.
