You are fluent in French and English, which are mandatory for this role. You have a strong understanding of compliance-related topics and are eager to contribute to the Complaint Management & Prevention Department at N26. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready to take on the challenges of the digital banking landscape. You are proactive in identifying root causes of complaints and are committed to improving operational procedures. You enjoy working autonomously and are capable of being a point-of-contact for any issues that arise. You have a keen eye for inefficiencies and are motivated to propose effective solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take care of formal complaints primarily from lawyers or authorities in the French language. You will be responsible for recording, processing, and responding to these complaints while identifying their root causes and defining possible solutions. You will assist in mitigation projects aimed at preventing further complaints and will take the initiative to improve operational procedures with a focus on compliance. You will face a variety of topics, ensuring that your work is not monotonous, and you will witness a strong team spirit and cooperation with various stakeholders across departments. You will develop bank-specific expertise, particularly in compliance-related topics, and work with a substantial degree of autonomy.
