What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Trading Operations team, ensuring that the market trading machine operates seamlessly. You will oversee critical functions such as trade bookings, P&L, reconciliations, and settlements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes. Your leadership will extend to managing liquidity, margin, collateral, and capital allocation across multiple exchanges and trading venues.

You will be responsible for building error-proof processes and automating repetitive tasks, enhancing operational efficiency. Partnering with Trading, Finance, and Risk teams, you will validate flows end-to-end, improving visibility and delivering accurate reporting. You will define KPIs for your team, coaching and mentoring team members to elevate performance and operational standards.

Your role will also involve navigating an ambiguous and rapidly evolving market, requiring quick thinking and adaptability. You will prioritize clear objectives while fostering an environment that encourages innovation and growth within your team.
