Your detail-oriented nature allows you to oversee critical processes such as trade bookings, P&L, reconciliations, and settlements with precision. You are resourceful and capable of collaborating with multiple teams to secure consensus on improvements and projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your leadership skills shine as you hire, coach, and oversee a global team, defining KPIs that raise the bar on order, accuracy, reliability, and speed. You possess a natural affinity for numbers, allowing you to extract valuable insights from data and communicate them effectively. Your ability to navigate an ambiguous and quickly evolving market makes you a quick thinker who can prioritize tasks efficiently.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Trading Operations team, ensuring 24/7 operation and on-time, accurate settlements. You will oversee liquidity, margin, collateral, and capital allocation across multiple exchanges, DeFi trading venues, trading partners, custodians, and banks. Your responsibilities will include validating flows end-to-end in partnership with Trading, Finance, and Risk teams, improving visibility, and delivering accurate, timely reporting.

You will be tasked with building and implementing processes that enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors. This includes setting up training programs for your team to ensure they are well-equipped to handle the demands of the trading environment. You will also define and track KPIs to measure the success of your operations and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
