You are skeptical and curious, always asking questions and digging deep to understand the nuances of trading operations.

Your experience with process automation and optimization has equipped you with the skills to build error-proof processes and automate repetitive tasks. You are a quick thinker with a natural affinity for numbers, allowing you to prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Trading Operations team, ensuring that the market trading machine operates seamlessly. You will oversee liquidity, margin, collateral, and capital allocation across multiple exchanges, DeFi trading venues, trading partners, custodians, and banks. Your leadership will be crucial in validating flows end-to-end and improving visibility within the trading operations.

You will be responsible for defining KPIs and raising the bar on order, accuracy, reliability, and speed within the team. Hiring, coaching, and overseeing team members will be part of your daily responsibilities, as you strive to create a high-performing environment that rewards organized and detail-minded leaders.

You will partner closely with Trading, Finance, and Risk teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting, navigating the challenges of an ambiguous and rapidly evolving market.
