Overview

Wishpond is hiring a Customer Success Manager to advocate for customers and ensure they derive value from their services. You'll collaborate with the Project Management Team to drive retention and expansion efforts. This role is fully remote outside of Canada.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success management, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are dedicated to ensuring that clients receive maximum value from their investments. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and address their needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with project management teams to align customer goals with company services.

You are proactive in identifying risks and opportunities for client retention and expansion. You have experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring that each one feels valued and supported throughout their journey with the company. Your analytical mindset helps you understand customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to improve them. You are comfortable discussing technical aspects of services with clients, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied with their experience.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Wishpond, you will own a book of business consisting of small to medium customers, driving relationships through a team-based approach. You will be responsible for understanding and delivering on customers' marketing goals as they relate to Wishpond's services. This includes leading retention efforts, managing renewals, and addressing any escalated issues that may arise. You will act as a liaison between your clients and the Account Management Team, ensuring that customer feedback is communicated effectively.

You will execute on the Customer Success engagement model, working to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes. You will also analyze customer feedback and satisfaction measures to identify areas for improvement. By fostering strong relationships and advocating for your clients, you will play a crucial role in their success and the overall growth of Wishpond.
