You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment. You understand the importance of customer advocacy and are passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage effectively with clients and internal teams alike. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing relationships with a diverse range of customers, from startups to established enterprises.
You possess a keen analytical mindset, enabling you to assess customer needs and align them with the services offered by PersistIQ. Your ability to collaborate with project management teams ensures that customer goals are met and exceeded. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for customer retention and expansion, making you a vital part of the customer lifecycle.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager, you will own a book of business consisting of small to medium customers, driving relationships through a team-based approach. You will be responsible for understanding and delivering on customer goals as they relate to PersistIQ's services, ensuring alignment with the solutions provided. Your role will involve acting as a liaison between customers and the PersistIQ team, advocating for their needs and ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
You will lead retention and expansion efforts, working closely with clients to ensure they are getting the most value from their investment. This includes conducting regular check-ins, providing insights on product usage, and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services. You will also collaborate with internal teams to address any customer concerns and facilitate a seamless experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
