Who you are
You are a strategic yet hands-on SEO Specialist with a passion for organic growth — you thrive on blending technical SEO, keyword research, content strategy, and conversion optimization into a seamless growth engine. You have a deep understanding of search intent and can structure and optimize high-performing pages effectively. Your experience includes conducting thorough keyword, SERP, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, and you are skilled at building data-backed keyword maps that guide content creation and landing pages.
You possess strong technical SEO skills — you can audit, troubleshoot, and optimize site architecture, crawling, indexing, structured data, and Core Web Vitals. You enjoy collaborating with developers to implement fixes and maintain technical excellence. Your ability to conceptualize and build scalable page templates and data-driven content systems is a key asset, allowing you to produce high-quality pages efficiently.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the driving force behind Wishpond's organic acquisition roadmap — from keyword intelligence to technical scalability and programmatic SEO execution. You will work closely with the Marketing Department to ensure the success of our SEO initiatives. Your responsibilities will include conducting deep keyword research and intelligence, optimizing on-page elements for search intent, and implementing technical SEO best practices. You will also be tasked with conceptualizing and building scalable page templates that can produce thousands of high-quality pages.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that SEO strategies align with overall marketing goals. Your role will involve continuous monitoring and analysis of SEO performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth. You will stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure that Wishpond remains competitive in the digital landscape.
