Who you are

You have 8+ years of iOS native mobile development experience — you've built and shipped applications that are both user-friendly and high-performing. Your strong hands-on experience with Swift and SwiftUI allows you to contribute effectively to the codebase while guiding your team. You are familiar with data structures, system design, and design patterns, which helps you provide architectural guidance to your team. Your proficiency in API design, MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps practices ensures that you uphold best practices in software development.

You enjoy mentoring junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing — you believe in fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. You are comfortable facilitating discussions and unblocking engineers, ensuring that the team remains productive and aligned on project goals. Your ability to collaborate with product and design teams allows you to refine project scope, estimate work, and align on timelines and priorities.

Desirable

While not required, familiarity with AI tooling is a plus — you leverage AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. You are passionate about news and creativity, always looking for ways to introduce new ideas and innovations into your work.

What you'll do

As a Mobile Engineering Manager at Wizeline, you will serve as the technical point of contact for your team — facilitating discussions and providing architectural guidance. You will contribute hands-on across mobile platforms by implementing features, fixing bugs, and improving performance. Your role will involve mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, helping them grow through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
