Who you are
You have a strong background in project management, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity, size, and type. You are responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet predefined objectives, deadlines, and budgets. You manage the delivery of marketing content and operational materials, driving successful execution by proactively identifying and resolving project risks, challenges, and bottlenecks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. You are proficient in Agile delivery methodologies and understand and apply Agile philosophy, including respect, collaboration, improvement, continuous learning, focus on value delivery, and adaptability. You have a solid understanding of Kanban project phases, including Backlog, Ready, Create/Review, Copy Edit, In Lit Review, Revisions, Record Keeping, Channel Build/Deploy, and Deploy. Your knowledge extends to various content types such as Emails, Events, Presentations, Print, Social, Video, Web articles, Web Page, and Webinars.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of marketing content and operational materials. You will oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and deadlines. You will conduct daily stand-ups, reviewing Kanban boards, discussing status updates, and addressing any roadblocks that may arise. Your role will involve supporting teams with backlog refinement and ensuring smooth project transitions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in project management.
