Who you are

You have experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity, size, and type — you thrive in environments where you can plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet predefined objectives, deadlines, and budgets. You are proficient in Agile delivery methodologies and understand the Agile philosophy, including respect, collaboration, improvement, continuous learning, focus on value delivery, and adaptability. Your knowledge of Kanban project phases allows you to effectively manage daily stand-ups, review Kanban boards, and discuss status updates and roadblocks.

You possess a strong understanding of various content types, including emails, events, presentations, print, social media, video, web articles, and webinars — your expertise enables you to manage the delivery of marketing content and operational materials efficiently. You have experience supporting teams with backlog refinement and ensuring smooth project transitions, which is crucial for maintaining project momentum and achieving high-quality delivery.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals. You will drive successful execution by proactively identifying and resolving project risks, challenges, and bottlenecks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. You will manage daily stand-ups and facilitate discussions around project status, helping your team stay aligned and focused on their objectives.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are executed effectively and meet the needs of the business. Your ability to communicate clearly and foster collaboration will be essential in driving project success. You will also be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, leveraging your knowledge of Agile and Kanban methodologies to enhance team performance.
