You are a creative and strategic Marketing Lead with a passion for transforming the financial industry. You thrive in environments that challenge you to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions. With experience in defining North Star metrics and KPIs, you understand how to measure success in terms of share of voice, reach, and engagement. You have a strong grasp of marketing accountability and are skilled in managing budgets and evaluating ROI from various marketing initiatives.
Your background includes hands-on experience with marketing operations, where you've implemented tracking conventions and dashboards to provide clear insights into campaign performance. You are comfortable working with data and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to inform your strategies and decisions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate your vision and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
As the Marketing Lead at Xepelin, you will be the voice and soul of our brand, ensuring that our messaging resonates with our target audience. You will define and implement marketing strategies that drive demand and enhance our reputation in the market. Your responsibilities will include setting clear objectives and KPIs for marketing initiatives, managing relationships with external vendors, and overseeing the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
You will work closely with the Growth and RevOps teams to implement tracking systems and analyze performance metrics, allowing for data-driven decision-making. Your role will also involve creating briefs for agencies and partners, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with our strategic goals. You will lead the charge in developing innovative marketing campaigns that not only capture attention but also convert leads into loyal customers.
