Workato is seeking a Global Payroll Analyst to manage payroll processes across APAC, EMEA, and the US. You'll utilize your expertise in payroll systems and MS Office, particularly Excel, to ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll processing.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in payroll processing and compliance, with excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Your experience includes familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, Vistra, and Namely, particularly in the context of APAC and EMEA regions. You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and possess great computational abilities that enable you to handle complex payroll calculations efficiently. You understand the importance of confidentiality in payroll matters and are adaptable to changing regulations and processes. Your communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring smooth payroll operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes for multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. You will work closely with HR and finance teams to gather necessary payroll data and resolve any discrepancies. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you verify payroll calculations and ensure timely processing of payroll for all employees.
