Who you are

You have prior payroll experience across multiple geographies, particularly in APAC, US, and EMEA — your attention to detail ensures accurate and timely payroll processing for a globally mobile workforce. You are familiar with secondments, shadow payrolls, hypo tax, and tax equalization, which allows you to navigate complex payroll scenarios effectively.

Your experience with data analytics tools, especially Alteryx, equips you to analyze payroll data and improve workflows. You have a solid understanding of project management software, particularly Asana, which helps you manage payroll projects efficiently. In-house payroll experience, particularly in India, is a significant asset that you bring to the team.

What you'll do

As a Global Payroll Partner at Stripe, you will be responsible for improving user experience through accurate and timely payroll processing across 25+ countries. You will collaborate with business partners, financial colleagues, and engineers to enhance integrated financial systems. Your role will involve supporting global payroll recurring operations and contributing to process improvements that elevate payroll operations to the next level.

You will act as a key contributor in establishing the first payroll role at the Stripe Delivery Centre in India, ensuring that payroll operations are efficient and compliant with local regulations. Your expertise will help streamline workflows and enhance the overall payroll experience for employees across the globe.
