What you'll do
As a key member of the Research Liaison team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating innovation across the global Toyota Group. You will connect diverse R&D teams, facilitating collaborations that enhance product development and drive forward-thinking initiatives. Your responsibilities will include organizing internal research conferences and events that bring together global researchers and stakeholders to share breakthroughs and insights.
You will also oversee the development of a central online platform for sharing R&D discoveries across all Toyota Group companies, ensuring that knowledge is disseminated effectively. Your ability to manage large-scale events will be crucial in creating opportunities for collaboration and innovation. You will guide research projects from concept to development, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and engaged throughout the process.
