Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on hardware integration β your experience includes developing testing infrastructure for automotive applications, particularly in Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation (HILS). You are proficient in programming languages such as C and C++, and have a solid understanding of embedded Linux systems, which allows you to bridge the gap between software and hardware effectively.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with automotive software engineers and hardware suppliers to ensure seamless integration and testing processes. Your problem-solving skills enable you to tackle complex challenges in vehicle E/E architectures, and you are passionate about contributing to the advancement of automotive technologies.
What you'll do
As a Software Engineer on the Test Deployment Platform team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the HILS testing infrastructure that supports the development of software-defined vehicles. Your work will involve automating tests on vehicle computer hardware, ensuring that the software meets safety and performance standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the testing processes and improve developer agility.
