Systems Engineer • Senior

Who you are

You have a strong background in systems engineering with a focus on automotive development, bringing at least 5 years of experience in the field. Your expertise includes working with SysML and various modeling tools such as CATIA Magic, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect. You are familiar with requirements management systems like Jama and Doors, and you have experience in quality and safety standard-driven environments, utilizing standards such as ISO/IEC 15288, ISO/IEC 12207, ISO 26262, IEC 62304, DO-178, and ECSS-Q-ST-80. Your ability to lead design and delivery in a customer-facing role is complemented by your proficiency in the Japanese language, enhancing your communication with local stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with customers and project teams to produce specifications and designs across the Arene platform. You will apply a combination of traditional and model-based system engineering techniques to formalize system designs and continuously improve processes. Your responsibilities will include facilitating the technical execution of designs throughout the engineering lifecycle, ensuring that all specifications meet the required quality and safety standards. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance the development lifecycle of software-defined vehicles.
