Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in account management, specifically within the B2B sector, and a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Your background in digital marketing has equipped you with the skills to drive lead generation and customer acquisition effectively. You excel in managing complex client relationships, particularly in SaaS and enterprise environments, and understand the nuances of long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying journeys.

Your strategic mindset allows you to partner with clients on both tactical and strategic levels, ensuring their business objectives are met through integrated digital marketing strategies. You possess strong project management skills, enabling you to define project scopes, manage risks, and deliver results that align with client expectations. Your ability to analyze data and measure success is complemented by your excellent communication skills, which help you build trust and rapport with clients.

Desirable

Experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics and measurement frameworks. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing client needs while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and retention of some of Wpromote's largest B2B clients. You will act as a key relationship manager, collaborating closely with clients to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive their success. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing client needs, developing tailored marketing solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.

You will also play a crucial role in measuring and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives, providing clients with insights and recommendations for improvement. Your project management skills will be essential as you define project scopes, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, ensuring that your clients benefit from the latest marketing strategies.
