What you'll do

As a Financial Operations Associate, you will be part of the Financial Operations team responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of funds for the countless transactions happening on the Xendit platform daily. You will help execute daily operations, manage reconciliations, and support the launch of new products and services. Your role will involve understanding how our products and services work and creating processes to support Xendit’s expansion in Southeast Asia. You will set up and own the reconciliation processes to ensure that at all points, Xendit reconciliations are operating at best-in-class standards. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that operational challenges are addressed promptly and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the company.
