What you'll do
As a Financial Operations Associate, you will be part of the Financial Operations team responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of funds for the countless transactions happening on the Xendit platform daily. You will solve for unreconciled transactions by working with product, partnerships, and finance to identify and resolve root causes. You will set up reconciliations for any new products and as new products are launched and we expand to new markets, you will set up and own the reconciliation processes to ensure that at all points, Xendit reconciliations are operating at best-in-class standards. You will do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in financial operations.
