What you'll do

As a Customer Onboarding Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding new customers through the setup of their Planday platform. Your responsibilities will include scheduling onboarding sessions, providing training, and ensuring that customers understand how to utilize the platform effectively. You will work closely with the Customer Onboarding Team to tailor the onboarding experience to meet the unique needs of each customer, helping them to achieve their scheduling goals. Your role will also involve gathering feedback from customers to improve the onboarding process and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
