What you'll do

As the Senior Principal, ML/AI at Xometry, you will lead the technical direction of multiple large-scale ML/AI initiatives. You will define and drive an 18- to 24-month technical roadmap that balances breakthrough innovation with business value delivery. Your role will involve close collaboration with engineering, product, design, and manufacturing operations to influence partner roadmaps and resource allocation.

You will identify and lead opportunities to drive revenue growth, cost reduction, and competitive differentiation through advanced machine learning techniques. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of generative 3D models and foundation models, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding team members, fostering their professional development while ensuring that project goals are met.
