You are an Activation Analyst with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and drive engagement initiatives. You have experience in program design and support, enabling you to create effective activation campaigns that resonate with suppliers. Your skills in content creation allow you to develop internal guides and partner-facing resources that enhance performance initiatives. You thrive in a cross-functional environment, serving as a central point of contact between Operations, Product, and Marketing teams. You are data-driven, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of supplier engagement strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch engaging activation campaigns, including incentives and promotions. You will develop and maintain internal guides and FAQs to support activation initiatives, ensuring that all resources are up-to-date and accessible. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth implementation of programs and effective communication of initiatives. You will track KPIs to assess the performance of supplier engagement strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of suppliers within the Xometry marketplace.
