What you'll do

As an Activation Solution Engineer, you will manage a portfolio of new and early-stage customers, ensuring they achieve rapid implementation and quick value from the Snowflake platform. You will act as a dedicated technical partner, guiding customers through their initial use cases and helping them adopt the platform effectively.

You will leverage your technical skills to drive customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that customers have a world-class experience. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate the customer journey from acquisition to successful platform adoption. You will also contribute to the development of best practices and resources that enhance customer success.
