Xometry is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with leadership on strategic talent initiatives. You'll focus on developing high-performance people programs for the sales organization. This role requires expertise in employee engagement and organizational design.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in human resources, particularly in partnering with sales organizations to drive strategic talent initiatives. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the nuances of employee engagement and organizational design, and you are adept at developing programs that enhance performance and career progression. You are skilled in leveraging data-driven insights to inform your strategies and decisions, ensuring that the HR programs align with the overall mission and goals of the organization. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively guide and support people managers in identifying and developing their top talent. You are proactive in maintaining a pulse on organizational health, ready to escalate risks and challenges to leadership when necessary.
Desirable
Experience in a high-growth, dynamic organization is a plus, as is familiarity with retention strategies and reward & recognition programs. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt your strategies to meet the evolving needs of the business. Your ability to create engagement frameworks and action plans will be invaluable in this role, as will your experience in performance coaching and employee relations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and lead HR programs and projects that align with Xometry's mission and goals. You will collaborate closely with leadership to provide insights and guidance on retention strategies and organizational design. Your responsibilities will include supporting people managers in identifying and developing their top talent, as well as building out succession plans to ensure a robust talent pipeline. You will identify opportunities for employee engagement and create new frameworks and action plans to enhance organizational health. Your role will also involve maintaining a close relationship with employees and managers, guiding them through various HR processes and initiatives. You will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture within the sales organization, ensuring that all employees feel recognized and engaged in their work.
