What you'll do

In this role, you will lead engineering-centric activities for both internal and external customers, focusing on improving the Quality Management System and related processes. You will interact with customers, DFM Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Case Management, and the Supply Chain Network, ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
