Who you are
You have a strong background in quality assurance engineering, particularly within manufacturing environments. Your experience includes developing quality systems that align with corporate policies and industry standards such as AS9100. You thrive in collaborative settings and are skilled at prioritizing tasks to meet demanding situations. You are familiar with quality improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma, and have a passion for enhancing supplier quality culture.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex quality assurance concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your analytical mindset allows you to utilize appropriate quality tools to resolve issues related to non-conformances and customer returns. You are proactive in managing supplier-related activities, ensuring timely administration of records and compliance with company policies.
What you'll do
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Xometry, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the quality system in line with corporate goals and AS9100 requirements.
