You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in building and managing partner programs. With experience in leading teams, you understand how to translate marketplace goals into effective supplier programs. You have a strong background in operations and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You are data-driven, capable of analyzing supplier behavior to optimize programs and improve outcomes continuously. What you'll do
In this role, you will define the vision and roadmap for Xometryβs supplier network, focusing on segmentation, tiering, and performance standards. You will design and launch incentive programs that enhance partner quality and drive retention and growth. Collaborating closely with teams across Partner Success, Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing, you will ensure that programs are effectively built, implemented, and communicated. You will manage a small team dedicated to supplier acquisition, onboarding, and activation, guiding them to track KPIs and analyze supplier behavior. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering measurable business outcomes and strengthening Xometry's supply base.
