You understand the importance of maintaining accurate records and timely administration of supplier-related activities.

What you'll do

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Xometry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes that support the company's rapid growth. You will work closely with the Senior Director to enhance the quality system and ensure compliance with AS9100 standards. Your role will involve managing supplier-related non-conformance reports and corrective action requests, ensuring that all activities are documented and addressed promptly.

You will lead initiatives aimed at improving supplier quality culture, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement. Your expertise in Lean and Six Sigma will be crucial in driving process improvements and resolving quality issues. You will also participate in training and mentoring team members on quality assurance best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
