Who you are

You have a strong background in pricing and profitability analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to identify growth opportunities and diagnose margin challenges effectively. You excel at building relationships with sales teams, understanding customer needs, and translating insights into actionable pricing strategies. You are comfortable working with data and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that pricing adjustments align with business objectives.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex pricing strategies to various stakeholders. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly sales and product management, is a key strength. You are proactive in seeking feedback from the field and using it to inform pricing decisions. You understand the importance of balancing revenue growth with margin protection, and you are adept at identifying pricing levers that can drive success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic partner to the Sales organization, working closely with sales managers and representatives to uncover growth opportunities. You will monitor account-level performance and provide actionable insights that inform pricing strategies. Your responsibilities will include identifying pricing levers and discount strategies that enable revenue growth while protecting margins. You will conduct deep dives into account trends, gathering direct sales feedback to inform pricing strategies and product enhancements.

You will produce clear margin and growth takeaways for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the insights they need to succeed. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to develop pricing strategies that align with market demands and customer needs. You will also be responsible for analyzing account performance at the segment and process level, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping the company's pricing approach and driving overall business success.
