You are an experienced engineer with a strong background in customer engagement and technical expertise, particularly in the aerospace and defense industries. You have a proven track record of collaborating with sales teams to drive account growth and retention, and you thrive in a role that blends technical knowledge with project management. Your digital fluency allows you to navigate complex manufacturing challenges effectively, ensuring that customer needs are met with innovative solutions.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to proactively identify and address potential manufacturing challenges demonstrates your commitment to customer success. What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with Account Executives to drive account growth and retention, leveraging your technical expertise to support customer needs. You will engage with customers to discover and organize major projects, ensuring alignment with their initiatives. Your responsibilities will include joining Account Executives on onsite visits to provide technical insights and support during customer interactions.
You will stay informed about upcoming customer projects and initiatives, proactively identifying potential manufacturing challenges and offering solutions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Pre-Sales Engineering community, contributing to the overall success of the sales process. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and customer requirements, ensuring that Xometry continues to deliver exceptional service in the aerospace and defense sectors.
