Who you are
You are an experienced engineer with a strong background in customer engagement and technical expertise, particularly in the aerospace and defense industries. With a proven track record in project management, you excel at collaborating with sales teams to drive account growth and retention. Your digital fluency allows you to navigate complex manufacturing challenges effectively, ensuring alignment with customer projects and initiatives. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a team-focused environment and are enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic and growing company.
Desirable
Experience in digital manufacturing or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) principles. A passion for the aerospace industry and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential manufacturing challenges will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with Account Executives to drive account growth and retention, leveraging your engineering expertise to provide valuable insights and feedback. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, helping to illuminate and organize major projects. Your responsibilities will include joining Account Executives on onsite visits to customers, where you will share your technical knowledge and support sales efforts. You will proactively identify potential manufacturing challenges and work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to address them. Staying informed about upcoming customer projects and initiatives will be crucial to ensuring alignment and success in your role.
