What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, Sourcing at Xometry, you will oversee daily sourcing operations, ensuring that your team operates efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing solutions for Xometry’s most complex orders, which will require you to collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.

Your role will involve mentoring and leading a team of 2-4 Sourcing Coordinators, guiding them in their daily tasks and helping them grow professionally. You will also be tasked with optimizing existing processes to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. By leveraging your leadership skills, you will drive exceptional team performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement within your team.
