You have over 7 years of experience in the fashion industry, with a strong background in category management and business operations. Your familiarity with market dynamics and sound business judgment allows you to make informed decisions that drive profitability. You excel in negotiating and sustaining networking relationships, ensuring that you can effectively manage vendors and build a robust network. Your analytical skills enable you to collect, analyze, and interpret data, which is crucial for optimizing sales and managing inventory effectively.
You possess in-depth product knowledge and a keen understanding of cost structures, which helps you in planning and forecasting to maximize profitability. Your experience in trend forecasting allows you to implement sales plans that align with market demands. You are comfortable working with figures and have a strong grasp of financial analysis, including sales, margin, discount, and inventory-related metrics.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing business portfolios within the Men's category, focusing on optimizing sales and revenue margins. You will lead a team in range planning and product-brand mapping, ensuring that the product offerings align with market trends and consumer preferences. Your responsibilities will include financial analysis to assess sales performance, margin optimization, and inventory management, working closely with the central planning team to ensure efficient inventory flow.
You will also oversee vendor management, building a network of suppliers to ensure effective vendor-product mapping. This involves establishing a solid fabric base and printing base network to support product development.
