You have over 10 years of experience in sales leadership, particularly in the manufacturing or technology sectors. Your background includes successfully transforming and realigning sales organizations to achieve ambitious targets. You are an inspiring leader who is well-respected by both your team and customers, and you lead by example. You possess strong analytical skills, leveraging data to identify trends and drive decision-making. Your experience includes working cross-functionally to launch subscription-based services, showcasing your ability to collaborate effectively across departments. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of creating and accelerating top-line revenue growth.

What you'll do

As the Vice President of Sales for Supplier Services at Xometry, you will lead the North American sales team, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer. Your primary responsibility will be to drive top-line revenue growth through new customer acquisition and by penetrating white space in existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling. You will manage existing accounts to ensure growth and satisfaction, fostering strong relationships with key clients. You will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. Your role will involve hands-on execution as well as shaping the executive vision for the sales organization. You will mentor and develop your team, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. You will analyze sales data and market trends to inform your strategies and drive performance improvements.
