What you'll do

As a Practice Lead at YLD, you will play a pivotal role in shaping your vertical, nurturing your team's growth, and ensuring we deliver lasting impact for our clients. This is an engineering leadership role with a strong people focus—owning hiring, retention, and development within your team. You'll be part of a wider engineering leadership team building a culture where engineers thrive, ensuring that your team is equipped with the right tools and support to excel in their roles.

You will collaborate closely with other leaders to define best practices and processes that enhance productivity and quality across projects. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, facilitating professional development opportunities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for aligning team goals with the broader objectives of the organization, ensuring that everyone is working towards a common vision.
