What you'll do

As a Principal Operations Engineer at YLD, you will take on a senior consulting role focused on enhancing operational workflows. You will collaborate with teams across People, Finance, Engineering, Product Design, Client Services, and Commercial to identify areas where processes are slow, manual, or overly complex. Your hands-on approach will involve implementing automation solutions and AI-driven strategies to streamline operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the solutions you provide align with business objectives.

Your role will require you to analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable improvements. You will lead initiatives that aim to reduce friction in operations, ensuring that teams can work more efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for measuring the impact of the changes you implement, using data to inform future decisions and adjustments.
